SHIPPING

We work with DHL for delivery of orders all around the world. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, once you enter the shipping address; it is based on your location and volumetric weight of your selection. Once you submit your order, the total includes shipping and the total cost of items purchased. We offer free shipment for all orders above 300$.

We would like to clarify that our product prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties applied outside of Lebanon. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes potentially levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we have excluded these charges from all invoices issued from our website.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing details of your order as well as a tracking number to monitor its progress. At any time during delivery, we will be your point of reference, ready to respond to your concerns and offer you support throughout the procedure. RETURNS

We do not offer the possibility for return or refund of our international orders due to high custom rates at return.

Online orders can only be exchanged at the Citrine Paris store in Beirut, within 15 days of your purchase, upon presentation of your digital invoice.
